Step into this colorful mid-century modern pool home just minutes from Anna Maria's white sand beaches and let your tropical vacation begin! This family and pet-friendly property offers everything a guest could want. Tucked away on a quiet residential street, it's the perfect getaway for enjoying everything Florida’s Gulf Coast has to offer - like Anna Maria's white sand beaches, golf, fishing, boating (bring your boat - it's only 5 mins to the Gulf!), tennis, pickleball, IMG Academy, Pirates Spring Training, paddle board, nature preserves, biking trails, dolphin and manatee watching. It's the perfect place to relax, unwind, and recharge.
About the property:
Enjoy plenty of room to stretch out both inside and outside. Relax in the spacious living room or kick back on the sectional with a bowl of popcorn to watch movies, play games or just hang out in the family room. Soak up the bright Florida sunshine by your private swimming pool, or lounge in the screened-in patio overlooking the pool. It's the perfect place to enjoy drinks or curl up with a book. We provide pool floats, chaise lounge chairs, beach towels, and toys for the kids.
If you want the pool heated for your stay, just let us know. Pool heating is available for an additional charge.
*Please note: out of respect for our neighbors, we ask all guests to enjoy themselves inside after 11 pm. So please no loud music, conversation or splashing after 11 pm*
The kitchen is well stocked with everything a cook could want including quality pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, toaster, plenty of serving dishes, and cooking basics like olive oil and spices. If you don't feel like cooking, throw something on the gas BBQ grill. Or got out to one of the many restaurants nearby. (We provide you with a list of our favorites in Bradenton, Anna Maria and Sarasota!)
The house has three spacious bedrooms; one with a king bed and attached bathroom; one with a queen bed; and one with a pair of twin beds. All bedrooms come with quality mattresses, cotton linens, spacious closets, and room darkening window shades for a comfortable night's sleep. The king bedroom has a TV.
There are two bathrooms both with their original colorful 1959 vintage tile. The primary bathroom has a shower, and the shared bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
Working remotely? No problem. The property has high speed Wifi, and desk and office chair available.
The back yard is a great place to toss a ball or play games like corn hole or frisbee. If you're bringing a pet, relax knowing the backyard is completely fenced in.
There is also a washer and dryer available for guests to use.
For boating, you can rent one locally or bring your own. Boat access to the Gulf is only five minutes away and there's plenty of parking in the driveway for your boat, trailer or RV.
We provide guests with a detailed list of our favorite activities and restaurants in the area. And for guests bringing pets, we provide a list of dog-friendly places, too.
We've tried to think of everything big and small to make this the perfect property for a laid-back beach vacation. If there's anything we can do to make your stay better, just ask!

Summary: Caroline is a wonderful host. She was easy to connect with and made check in and check out simple. She has put a lot of thoughtful detail into this well stocked VRBO. The house is clean, spacious, well maintained, and has so many thoughtful details tucked into just abt every room. The pool was perfect and the backyard had just the right amt of grassy area for Our golden retriever to play and chase lizards. We highly recommend this home away from home and look fwd to visiting again in the future.

Summary: We had a great stay for the month! Wanted a taste of Florida for the month and this property had everything we needed. Great location with a crisp pool. Caroline was very attentive and fast to respond. Our family including our pups had an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Summary: We had a great time at the Caroline’s place. Caroline made sure we had beach supplies and check-in was smooth. She provided tons of local recommendations and the house was centrally located, just 15-20 minutes to Anna Maria Island. House was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Kids loved the pool and the house was spacious enough for our group of six. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Better than expected , mid-century vibe and decor were very cool. Caroline went above and beyond normal hostess duties, lefta nice food gift basket, had coffee and filters available and even brought out cat toys and scratching post ! Great and beautiful location close to the Manatee River and close to the Ana Maria Island beaches and Robinson and Perico Preserves. Highly recommended .

Summary: My daughter and I were in town for a sport event at IMG and Premier. The location of the property was great. About 15 minutes from IMG and an easy 30 minutes to the second location. The property is a short drive to Anna Maria beaches as well. The home was adorable and very clean. It was the perfect retreat for us from the pressures of the event. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to eat our healthy breakfasts and dinners versus eating out for all our meals. We were actually sad to leave our little home away from home and will definitely stay here again next year for the event. PS the binder with all the home information and suggestions for the area was very appreciated as well.

Summary: Caroline’s home is gorgeous! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog, and the kids loved the pool! This home was very convenient to us being so close to the boat ramp and there are plenty of stores and restaurants close by as well. We will definitely be staying here again!
